Just in time for the playoffs, a candy coated package showed up at the James residence. LeBron quickly shared his raw emotions on Facebook.
After lead-designing the custom K900, LeBron had to wait several weeks as the newest member of his fleet made its way around the country. With a stop at Madison Square Garden in New York during NBA All-Star Weekend, LeBron took some time to show his “baby” off.
Like a kid on Christmas Eve, LeBron waited anxiously as his one-of-a-kind K900 continued around the auto show circuit. When it finally arrived, LeBron took to the streets, putting the 420 HP 5.0L V8 through its paces.
Unfortunately for LeBron, his custom K900 won’t be his for long. Fortunately for his Wheels for Ed and Akron I PROMISE Network students, LeBron and Kia have donated the car to the LeBron James Family Foundation. The Foundation is auctioning it off through Charitybuzz.
The auction runs through May 7, 2015. Don’t worry, LeBron PROMISED to have his gym bag out of the trunk!
