SpringHill Entertainment Announces...
The Block… The Shot… The Stop… Now, The Wall.
After a year filled with thrilling and amazingly entertaining moments for LeBron and his fans, SpringHill Entertainment’s first game show is set to make its debut this holiday season. NBC’s new heart-stopping, primetime game show “The Wall,” executive produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, will premiere on Tuesday, January 3rd (8 p.m. ET/PT) with two special previews scheduled for Monday, Dec. 19 at 10 p.m. following the “America’s Got Talent: Holiday Spectacular” and the second on Monday, Jan. 2 at 10 p.m. following the premiere of “The New Celebrity Apprentice.”
With more than $12 million on the line every night, “The Wall” was built for one purpose — to change everyday people’s lives in an instant.
Hosted and executive produced by actor, comedian, author and TV personality Chris Hardwick, “The Wall” will offer a pair of deserving teammates life-altering cash prizes. The rules are simple: Get a question correct and a green ball will fall down the wall and add the value of the slot to the players’ winning total. Miss a question and an ominous red ball will fall and deduct the value from the team. As the game progresses, the stakes get even higher when one player is sent into an isolation room behind the wall. It is here where the pair’s faith in each other will be tested as the teammates play the remainder of the game without any communication.
A rollercoaster of emotions, the wall gives and the wall takes away. And it will have the entire family on the edge of their seats with every bounce of the ball.
“The Wall” is a collaboration between SpringHill Entertainment and Glassman Media with James, Hardwick, Carter and Andrew Glassman serving as executive producers.
